Customer Service Officer - Greenacre

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join our team at Greenacrereporting to the Area Manager - Inner West you will be responsible for internal sales and deliveries of the branch. The role will also include but will not be limited to the following responsibilities:

  • Providing face to face quality service to customers
  • Troubleshooting/resolving enquiries via phone and email in a quick and efficient manner
  • Stock control in the factory
  • Coordinating production with factory staff
  • Effectively communicating with all stakeholders and dealing with difficult customers effectively
  • Receiving and processing administration duties

To Be Successful

  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly personality
  • Strong computer skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday, rotating rosters between the hours of 6.30am-4.30pm (9 hour shift)
