We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and energetic Sales Manager – Construction Solutions - NSW with a proven track record to join our team in Wetherill ParkReporting to the GM-NSW, you will be responsible for a market share growth strategy with new customers, manage existing clients and projects and drive business growth across our construction solutions.

The role will also include but will not be limited to the following responsibilities:

  • Develop a NSW business development strategy to identify growth areas, value add solutions and current market segment to identify new prospects in the reinforcing steel market
  • Identify opportunities to drive a volume strategy 
  • Promote AUSREO's value and service proposition including ADDA (Advanced Detailing & Design Application) that support NSW Construction Solutions revenue and profit objectives
  • Identify and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients to promote Ausreo construction solutions offering
  • Provide leadership and advice to the sales and project engineering teams in executing all contractual and customer requirements in line with Ausreo business strategies and policies
  • Develop and maintain close working relationships with internal customers in execution of overall marketing strategies for NSW

To Be Successful

  • Sound understanding of the Reinforcing Steel industry highly preferred
  • Industry reputation in alternative building materials providing reliable and confident products and services to various construction segments
  • Civil and/or Structural Engineering tertiary qualification or a tertiary qualification in Business Management with extensive experience in managing building and construction projects
  • Experience in Engineering/Construction/Project Management with a working knowledge of the construction process across various project types, including managing major projects on site
  • Significant consultative selling and business development experience gained in building and construction industries
  • Exceptional commercial, analytical, communication and negotiation skills
  • In-depth understanding of the use of appropriate systems, software, tools and technologies to design, detail and model steel reinforcing solutions for complex projects
  • Experience or working knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM or DfMA software solutions an advantage
