We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team in VIC. Reporting to the VIC Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects by Ausreo to agreed confidential client requirements. The role will also include but will not be limited to the following responsibilities:


  • Manage all day to day issues associated with the project(s) and ensuring contractual deliverables are met
  • Proactively manage project issues, risks and opportunities in consultation with the client and other key stakeholders
  • Provide a customer focussed service to support all aspects of the business which demonstrates that customer satisfaction is paramount 
  • Identify, establish, develop and secure new growth opportunities and initiate new projects
  • Engage, manage and communicate with internal and external customers and stakeholders regarding project milestones


To Be Successful

  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Building or Construction Management would be highly desirable or commensurate experience in a similar role and industry
  • Previous onsite building and contract management experience
  • Possess knowledge of structural, architectural and engineering drawings
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and organise project tasks to meet contractual obligations
  • Demonstrated ability to think laterally and solve customer issues and problems within the scope of Ausreo policies
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project delivery within agreed timelines 
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills (verbal and written
